Broken Top No Name Lake via Todd Trail CHANGE IN HIKE TO CARL LAKE DUE TO PERMITTING ISSUES

Info : Meet at the Catholic Church across from the North Store, plan on leaving at 7:00. Forest pass required for drivers. 12 participants, including leaders.
Description: Discover this 10.8 mile out-and-back trail with 1400 ft elevation gain; generally considered a moderate to hard hike in the Mt Jefferson Wilderness. You will pass Cabot Lake and 2 ponds before reaching Carl Lake. Views of Mt. Jefferson along the trail. This trail is great for hiking and trail running, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring.

Gear: sunscreen, bug spray, hat, water, electrolytes, lunch and snacks, $5 for carpooling, hiking poles, sturdy hiking shoes, layered clothing, NW forest pass.
