Wild Apricot Instructions

The Wild Apricot App - Your Electronic Membership Directory

In 2019, the Sunriver Women’s Club invested in an electronic membership system. In addition to saving our volunteers time entering registrations each year, the software provides every member with a real-time directory, calendar of events and list of programs they have signed-up for. It’s easy to use—just follow the instructions below or download the entire document: click here.

If you have questions, email Kris Besson at WildApricotSupport@sunriverwomensclub.org

Members

Viewing membership roster and contact information

  • Click on the Members icon.

  • If you put a name in the search bar at the top, you can find any of our 400+ members.  If you only know their first name, it will give you a list of all members with that first name. You do, however, have to spell their name correctly for it to show up!

  • If you click on their name, you will be able to see their profile which includes their phone number, email address and physical address.

  • This is really helpful when needing to contact someone (you can call or email them right from the contact screen).  You can also use it to figure out who you were sitting beside at a luncheon or who you were on a hike with.

  • We continue to help members add their pictures to their profile which will make getting to know everyone so much easier!
