Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese practice of slow, mindful immersion in nature. Rather than an actual physical bath or a rigorous workout, it involves absorbing the forest atmosphere through your senses to significantly reduce stress, lower your heart rate, and boost your immune system.

When: June 23rd

Time: 10 am Sunriver Nature Center Parking Lot ending noon.

Where: Sunriver Nature Center taking the trail across Cardinal Landing Bridge to the forest trails.

What to bring and expect: Wear walking shoes, Forest bathing is done for your overall well being and health. This will be a slow walk and we will not be hiking. We are letting the forest heal us.

Participants: Max 12

Hosts: Tammy Lesueur 541-815-1388 Litewander@gmail.com

When registering, you will need to agree to the WAIVER
