Description of event: Easy paced mountain bike ride starting at Lava Island Falls Day Use Area.
This ride is for those who are comfortable riding on singletrack. Not suitable for TRUE beginners. We will be riding on single and double track and old forest service roads to Slough day use, stop for a snack and pictures and head back. The ride is a 9.4 mile lollipop with 350 ft of elevation gain. There are a few hills, but nothing technical. Beautiful views of the Deschutes River!
