Did you ever wonder what fly fishing is all about? Have you wondered what those fishermen are up to when you see them whipping their line over the river? Come get the essence of what it’s all about. We will have a presentation and Q & A with Bridget Levy, fly fishing guide from The Hook Fly Shop. This is a session to introduce you to the what, why and how’s of fly fishing and who knows, you just might discover a new passion.

Bridget is a lifelong fisherman and a lover of all things outdoors. After graduating from OSU with a degree in Natural Resources Bridget joined The Hook Guide Staff. She can be found guiding and fly fishing the local waters year-round. 

When:  Friday, February 27, 2026

Time:   1:00pm -2:00pm 

Where: Sunriver Library Community Room

What to bring:  A notepad, questions and a smile

OPTIONAL MEAL: Lunch at the Commons
