Sauna & thermal contrast Experience in Nature

When:  Thursday, January 8, 2025 2:00 – 3:15 p.m.

Info:  Meet at 1:15 pm at the Village Bar & Grill parking lot for carpool.  Bring $2 for driver, if carpooling.  If meeting at RiverBend Park @ 799 SW Columbia St, Bend, there is parking available at the park and near the Riverbend Dog Park.  We will have a private session with 6 people minimum and total coast for session is $195. The cost per person is $32.50 if six people sign up and pay prior to the event.  Registrants will be contacted 5 days before event.  Payment info will be provided then and is due within 2 days.  If payment is not received in time by all participants, event will be cancelled and payments returned.

Description: Experience traditional sauna as it was always intended, in Nature.  Gather Sauna House is the PNW’s original riverside public sauna and wild spa offering authentic wood-fired sauna and thermal contrast experiences in nature.  This will be a private group session that will last 1 hour and 15 minutes.

What to Bring - 
Space for storage of personal belongings at the river location is extremely limited! You are encouraged to arrive ready to sauna in your swimsuit and limit your personal effects. 
Each person should have:

• Two towels (one for sitting on, one for drying off)
• Bathing suit
• Waterproof Slip-on shoes (such a rubber flip flops to slip on and off between sauna rounds and protect feet in the river)
• Water bottle – rehydration is key!!
• Bathrobe (optional but highly recommended for maximum comfort between sauna rounds)
• Hand towel (optional - to wipe sweat)

On the SRWC website, go to calendar and click on the event.  Click "Already Registered."  Click "Cancel.” On the APP, go to "My tickets."  Click CANCEL below the time/date.

NOTE:  This event may be photographed and your image may be used in promotion of the Sunriver Women's Club.
