Mix It Up Dinner Club -Argentinian Grilled Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce

When:  July 17, Thursday, 6 pm

No theme, just good food and good company

Where: Joanne & Paul's house

Description: We will prepare a Argentinian Grilled Flank Steak and serve it with chimichurri sauce.  We will also prepare some grilled portobello mushrooms.  We will have some wine and beer but would also like guests to bring some of their favorite beverages to share.  Guests contribute an appetizer, a salad, a dessert, or side dish.

Number of participants:  total 10 (2 hosts + 8 guests). Spouses/partners are included.
