Kayak/Paddle La Pine State Park to Big River Take Out

When:  Tuesday, 8/5/25,  10:00am-1:00pm

Meet at 9:00am at the Village Bar and Grill parking lot or meet us at La Pine State Park

Boat Launch by 10:00am. Please carpool if possible.  Bring $3 for the driver if

carpooling. 

Description:

3 hour paddle with 1/2 hour snack.  Easy to Intermediate.

Kayak/paddle down the beautiful Deschutes River.

Gear: Required PFD (life preserver), whistle, sunscreen, bug repellant, hat, sunglasses,

long sleeve shirt, towel, snacks, drinks, dry sac, Invasive Species Permit if kayak longer

than 10 feet.
