Kayak - Harper's Bridge to SROA marina followed by cocktails at Rio Sol

When:  August 5, 2024, 2:45 p.m.

In the water at 3:00 p.m.

Leader:

Mary Elizabeth Horan, 310-780-1438

Float/paddle time is about 1 1/2 hours including some up-river paddling in Spring River.

After beaching at the SROA marina, we will walk over to Rio Sol for a cocktail or two and some appetizers.  I will have a car at the marina and can drive us back to Harper's Bridge to retrieve our cars and then load up our kayaks/SUPS back at the marina.  If you have someone who can drop you off at the beginning and pick you up at the end, that will increase your flexibility.  I am comfortable leaving my kayak at the marina for a few hours but you may feel differently.

Due to possible space limitations at Rio Sol, the limit is 8 people.

Gear: PDF/life jacket, sun screen, bug repellant, hat, sun glasses, towel, snacks, water/drinks, dry sac, Invasive Species Permit if kayak longer than 10 feet.

When registering, you will need to  agree to the waiver below:
