Friday, March 8th is International Women’s Day and Mt. Bachelor is offering an incredible deal for women who want to learn to Nordic ski (see https://www.mtbachelor.com/plan-your-trip/nordic/events/womens-day-2024 )

Meet at 8:00 a.m. at the SHARC’s Beaver Drive parking lot to carpool to Mt. Bachelor. Those who want to learn to Nordic ski must register with Mt. Bachelor at the number listed in the link above. Those who already know how to Nordic ski, can ski together on the trails. You'll need to bring your own equipment. If you don't have it - rent it ahead of time.  Mechelle Griffin is leading this event.

Bring snacks and water and money for lunch at the lodge. Let’s celebrate International Women’s Day together by having a fun day on the mountain!
