Hearty Soles Hike - Canyon Creek Meadows POSTPONED

Postponed again due to extreme heat. New date to follow.

Canyon Creek Meadows -  7.5 mile out and back trail 1500 ft of elevation gain/loss. This is a PERMIT hike with total hikers set at 12 including leaders. Moderate to challenging hike through alpine meadows with wildflowers hopefully, views of Three Fingered Jack and an ice filled lake.

Meet at Holy Trinity Church at 7:30 am or at Bend South Albertsons at 7:45 am. Jack Lake TH is 1 1/2 hours from SR. Hiking Boots required, poles highly encouraged. Bring lots of water, snacks, lunch, sunscreen, bug/tick spray, and hat. $5 for gas for drivers and maybe extra $ for a treat in Sisters.
