Hearty Soles Hike - Deschutes River Hike

DESCHUTES RIVER HIKE LAPINE STATE PARK TO WILD RIVER.  Meet at South Century Fire Station at 9:00am to form carpools. 7 mile hike and 350 ft gain on this fairly level hike following the Deschutes River upstream from Lapine State Park - Dog Park to the edge of Wild River Estates with lunch stop at Tetherow LogJam. Hike also includes hiking beneath a large Eagles Nest.

Open to ALL HeartySole Hikers on this non permitted trail. Bring lunch, water, bug spray, sunscreen, hiking poles optional, and gas money $4.00. Hike leaders are Anne Taylor and Beverly Sherrer
