Community Picnic planning committee

We are looking for volunteers to attend our first picnic planning meeting on March 30.  This meeting will be an opportunity for us to discuss ideas for creating a memorable picnic as well as assign tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly.  We encourage anyone interested in contributing to this event to come and share your ideas.  If you can attend the meeting and/or lend a hand in any way, please email Helen Heeren at picnic@sunriverwomensclub.org.
