Midsoles Hike - Steins Pillar

E Faoro will be leading this hike of 3.8 miles round trip with a 770-foot elevation gain.  This is 67 miles from Sunriver, just past Prineville.  This is considered a moderately challenging route and takes an average of 2 hours to complete.  This is a popular hiking trail.  After the hike, we'll go to a viewpoint, approximately 1 mile on Mill Creek Road to get an astonishing view of Steins Pillar for photos.  Afterward, we will head to Wild Ride in Prineville, its newest brewery for lunch.

Let's meet at 9:30 am in parking lot between First Interstate Bank and Village Bar & Grill.  Please let E know if you want to drive and how many you can fit in your vehicle.

Bring water and a snack.  Hiking Poles optional. Please bring $3-5 for carpool plus $ for lunch.
