January 17, 2023 Luncheon

SRWC Programs & Luncheon January 17, 2023 at Crosswater:  Doors open at 11:30 am, lunch will be served at noon.

Our guest speaker will be: Wendy Merideth, DVM from Sunriver Veterinary Clinic.  She will be discussing seasonal issues/threats that face local pets:

Winter - antifreeze, ice/snow, particular ligament/tendon injuries
Spring  - Mushrooms, giardia

Summer - Cheatgrass, corn cobs

Fall - Candy, dietary indiscretion around the holidays.

Menu choices are:

• Garlic sauteed shrimp with rice pilaf, grilled asparagus and lemon herb butter
  

• Ground Elk chili with sour cream, chives, garlic bread

• Stuffed acorn squash with celery, onion, golden raisins, sweet dried cranberries, fresh herbs with grilled asparagus

Dessert:  New York style cheesecake with raspberry compote

Seating: Limited to reservations only.  *Registration starts on December 26th

Cost: $30. We encourage all members to pay online in advance to keep the lines at check-in moving. If you choose to pay at the door, payment can be made by cash or check.
