Metolius River Hike in the Camp Sherman area

6+/- miles out and back from Wizard Falls Hatchery Bridge. Julie will confirm with sign up hikers which trail she may do: the out & back trail or the loop trail. Both follow the Metolius River, mostly flat and shady in parts and with the late rains should be very green and lush. The Out & Back trail views the swifter waters with waterfalls coming out of the hillside making a good lunch spot and turn around point. Wear hats as this is known as a  tick area and advised to wear light colored clothing for a tick check at the end of the hike. MEET at SE Corner of South Albertsons parking lot as Julie lives in Bend. TIME 8:30am.
