Kayak - Mrs. Roper Kayaks Bend

Mrs Roper Kayaks Bend

When: August 20, 10 am - 2 pm

Meet at Village Bar and Grill at 9:30 am

Where: Riverbend Park to Drake Park

Come dressed as Mrs Roper and Kayak Riverbend Park to Drake Park.  This will be an out and back kayak.  ( about a 2 hour paddle)

We well end with having lunch Downtown- TBA.  We should wrap all this up by 2 pm.

Things you absolutely need: 

-a working PFD (Personal Floatation Device) with whistle attached. This is an Oregon Law; All canoes, kayaks must carry at least one, Type I, II, III PFD (readily accessible and properly fitted) for each person on board.

-Invasive Species Permit

:Please purchase an invasive species permit for all water vehicles.

-all equipment is in working condition

 : make sure any inflatable equipment still inflates and can hold air.

Things to consider bringing:

-sunscreen

-bug spray

-hat

-sunglasses

-long sleeve shirt

-towel

-dry bag

Registrants:  unlimited

When registering, you will need to agree to the WAIVER

If you are cancelling after registration closes on WI, Wild Apricot won’t let you cancel online so contact the leader directly.
