Join us for an evening of fine dining with your spouse or friend at South Bend Bistro. We will have the whole restaurant to ourselves for socializing for conversation and dinner. 

When:  Thursday, February 26th  

Time:     5:00 pm

Price:     $93  per person

Includes:    Salad, Main Course, Dessert, Wine and Gratuity

SALAD:

Caesar

Chopped Romaine, Parmesan, and Garlic Croutons, with a Lemon-Anchovy and Egg Dressing*.   Add Anchovies | 1.

Harvest Salad    

Butter Lettuce, Crispy Prosciutto, Green Apple Slices, Chevre Goat Cheese, Candied Sunflower Seeds, Pickled Red Onion and a Maple Mustard Vinaigrette.

MAIN:

King Salmon    

House Filleted & Grilled King Salmon* served with garlic yukon potato mash, asparagus, sauteed seasonal mushrooms and charred cherry tomatoes, topped with a lemon beurre blanc and confit lemon. 

Crispy Skin Chicken    

Mary’s Organic Airline Chicken Breast with a Creamy Gratin Dauphinoise Potato, Broccolini and a Bacon Shallot & Mushroom Beurre Blanc.

Braised Short Rib Rigatoni    

Rigatoni Pasta in a White Wine Garlic Rosemary Sauce with Roasted Tomatoes & Red Peppers, Grilled Yellow Squash and Braised Beef Short Ribs. Topped with Parmesan and Crispy Shallots.

Vegetarian Tagliatelle   

Tagliatelle pasta, sauteed zucchini and squash, asparagus, roasted red peppers and tomatoes, white wine garlic butter sauce topped with Parmesan and fresh basil.

Berkshire Pork Chop   

Snake River Farms Bone-In Pork Chop Served with a Sweet Potato and Leek Puree, Brussels Sprouts, Candied Pepitas and Bacon. Topped with a Tart Cherry & Ginger Compote.

DESSERT:

Flourless Chocolate Cake    

Warm Decadent Chocolate Cake Topped with Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate Cookie Crumb and House Made Salted Caramel Sauce.

Crème Brûlée    

Maple Bourbon Crème Brûlée. Garnished with Blackberries.
