Annual Meeting and Celebration of Giving
April 15, 2025 at Benham Hall, SHARC: Doors open at 10:45 am.
11:00 am The SRWC Annual Meeting
All members are encouraged to attend the SRWC Annual Meeting prior to lunch. SRWC
President Brigitte Bourret will present “A Year in Review” and the Nominating Committee will present the slate of officers and board members for 2024-2025 for approval by the membership. There is no cost for attending the annual meeting however we request members register in advance (use link below) so that we will have adequate seating available.
There will be an opportunity to visit with community grant recipients and SRWC members in between the Annual Meeting and the beginning of the luncheon

A buffet lunch will be served by Bleu Bite Catering consisting of:
Italian Sausage Lasagna or Vegetable Lasagna
Caesar Salad
Garlic Parmesan Bread
Minted Lemonade
Gingerberry Spritzer
Sweet Treats Platter
This legacy event offers an opportunity to both make new friends and see old friends in a casual celebration of the impact SRWC has made in our community with our support of nonprofit agency's projects. The SRWC Community Grant recipients will be on hand to thank you personally for the donation of time and money put forward to help bring positive change in south Deschutes County.

NOTE: This event may be photographed and your image may be used in promotion of the Sunriver Women's Club.
The Art Meets Wine in the High Desert event is coming up on May 17, 2025 at the SHARC. The planning team will be available at this luncheon to accept donated bottles of wine valued at $20 or more for the wine wall. Last year, the wine wall generated over $2,000 for the philanthropy program! Thank you in advance for your support.
